Jimmy Spencer is a retired American professional stock car racing driver and current racing commentator. He was born on February 15, 1957 in Berwick, Pennsylvania. He competed in the NASCAR Cup Series from 1989 to 2006, earning two wins and 36 top-ten finishes.
Spencer is known for his aggressive driving style and was nicknamed "Mr. Excitement" for his on-track antics. He also competed in the NASCAR Xfinity Series and Camping World Truck Series, winning five races in the Xfinity Series.
